In accordance with Finnish consumer protection law, the customer has a 14-day right to exchange or return the product.
Before returning the product, please notify us via email at info@24pets.fi no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs; alternatively, the product can be returned to the store. Only defective products may be returned free of charge by prior arrangement using a customer return code provided via email.

Pack the product carefully and take it to the post office. If you reuse the original cardboard box, please remove the old address label.

We will refund the amount paid for the order without delay via Paytrail, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

We require photographs of any product damaged during shipping.

Returns can be made to Posti parcel lockers or Posti service points in Nummela.

Uncollected package

Failure to collect an order does not constitute a valid cancellation; you must always notify us in advance. If we resend the package, we will charge a fee of at least €10. Alternatively, we can refund the order amount, deducting the shipping costs.
